Well, my husband sent the 3032 on 8/31 after we got our case # and IIN and we haven't heard anything yet... so hopefully we'll hear something soon on the 3032, IV AND AOS. I'm ready to go!!!!!

Im sure you will soon. But im noticing that some ppl who send it in early will get a email back saying we can not add a third party at this time. So just loik fir that. Im guess if you get it youll get a email 3-4 hrs later to pay AOS fee and instructions to send ds3032. Which i dont see why they do that so stupud lok. Oh well hopefully ull hear something soon :)

And btw.. im doin this all by my phone. Sorry for any errors lol

Ok now im a bit confused.... if the track the ds3032 and they say you have to wait to send it until you get a email but still get billed for the I864? That doesnt make sense lol. So did they actually approve it after the sent a email sayin can not add thrid party at this time then send email for that and email to pay fee.... confusing sorry.. lol if i lost yall with me. My bad. :/ lol

Thanks. You are not far behind. Please look at my timeline. I called NVC only 3 times. Once to confirm that NVC received my file from USCIS. One more for case #. Finally, for the case complete.

Hi de_nhui,

Just for your information so that you can have a better plans. I know many people from Vietnam who have case complete in the beginning, middle, end of July, and middle of August, but still no interview date scheduled. So I dont think you can have interview date in October like you expect on your timeline.

Hope this info helps. And congrats on case complete.

Please remember the DS-3032 is part of the IV track which has nothing to do with the AOS track. The IV bill will NOT be invoiced until the DS-3032 has been received and accepted.

What date did you send the DS-3032? It's currently taking 1-2 weeks for it to be accepted.

We sent the DS-3032 on aug 28...we got the acceptance email at midnight last night!

I feel like you get the AOS shortly after you get the case # and IIN. After they accept the 3032 they invoice the IV. The 3032 has nothing to do with the AOS.

Congrats! Hopefully we'll be soon!

Question: do they generally work on the DS3032 emails by date sent? I remember Jasontyc said he called and they had said they were working on August 19th something or other -- Jason, what did you call and ask about??

Got my nvc case number aug 31 so i sent ds3032 thru email, its been a week and dont get reply if they accept it. Last sept. 5, got email from nvc wth the barcoded cover sheet for aos eventhough we havent pay it yet and a barcoded ds3032, so today i will scan and sign it and send it again to nvc thru priority mail this time, hope they will generate and invoiced the IV packet. Just wondering why they sent the barcoded aos cover sheet without paying it yet.

Now that is interesting! I would suggest giving them a call before sending it to them BEING THAT you stated that you have NOT paid it he $88 fee.

I got reply on email that I sent on August 29th on Friday - Sept 7th, so they are a little behind. I would say Tuesday they will reply to you.

So that means they never really rejected our ds3032? Or the ds3032 doesnt matter when it comes to the i864 fee right?

That is correct. Look at it this way. The AOS (I-864) is what the petitioner needs to provide.

The IV BILL (DS-230 and the rest of documents) is about the Beneficiary so that's why they have to have the DS-3032 so they can appoint a agent. So without the DS-3032 the IV BILL will never be invoiced.

If they had rejected you would have got the "we don't accept a third party email". Hope that helps
