Hello Everyone!

I'm filling out the I-134 form as we speak and am confused about one thing in particular. First things first, I filled out the petition for my future husband, alien fiance. And my mother has graciously offered to fill out the affidavit of support on his behalf. So we have filled in all her information and are left filling out his. We did the name and address and all his personal information and filled out his Marital Status as "single" since we are not married yet. Now, we come the the "relationship to sponsor". I assume that this space is left for my fiance's relationship to my mother. Now we aren't married, so I dont want to put mother-in-law and confuse the officer who will look at it. My fear is they will think we are already married. So do I put "To-be-mother-in-law"? *haha* or do I put Fiancee's Mother? or what? Surely someone must have filled this out already and figured it out.

Thank you for any help :)

Mother in law to be, Future Mother in Law or Fiance's mother should work good.gifPick the one you like best
