SLEC Medical Exam: Passed

I thank GOD for hearing my prayers to pass this medical exam

especially for my daughter who is difficult to deal with when it

comes to needles.

Day 1: (Aug.29)

- Me and my lil girl went to SLEC past 9am- registration, bio-metrics, image capture

then to 2nd Flr. cashier. after that Immunization Interview, good thing I was able to bring our Immunization certificates and my daughter's medical certificates for she got a Mild cerebral palsy w/partial seizure so her shots was down to 3 instead of 4, and I got 2 shots. after the Immunization interview, supposedly its the TST for my girl but she was hesitant and not cooperative, so we was asked to just get back after the Physical Check-up.. so I went for Xray, Blood extraction and urine collection and then next Physical Check-up.. the stage where I was really paranoid, for I have a scars in my wrist but good thing the doctor didn't mind it probably cuz I was praying :innocent:

so hard, and during the Physical exam also be super polite and smile. I was done past 12nn. so we went out for a quick lunch break then head back to 2nd floor for her TST, well still hesitant so nurses and information staff helped me out just to get this TST done. so by 1:35PM were done with our Medical.

Day 2: (Aug.31)

- Came to SLEC at 10pm already cuz my lil girl won't get off from her cartoon series.

gave our receipt to the guard and my heart cried out loud "FOR IMMUNIZATION"   and texted hubby cuz my Paranoia is all gone :bonk: but my girl TST is due in the afternoon. past 11pm my shots were given (good thing only 2) i saw other people got 5 shots  so after my shots we went back to the hotel (Paragon Tower) had lunch then went back 1pm for my lil girl's TST reading... crossing finger its "NEGATIVE"  and the riot begins, she was given 3 shots, 2 in her left arm and one in her left leg. so the long wait started, my medical result was processed fast but my daughter's got a lil delay cuz of her special condition (lots of paper work) but doesn't matter cuz what matter's now is the next stage.. INTERVIEW.

I suggest that 1 month before medical, you need to have a strict diet,

no junkies, just healthy food (veggies and fruits) what I did took a glass

of calamansi juice daily and milk before sleep, same thing with my lil girl

she takes vitamins religiously especially vitamin C. and most of all DRINK PLENTY OF WATER.
