No matter how you go about this, you're going to be wrong. So just shut up, enjoy the show, and try not to be too much of a perv. My wife's friends are sometimes "informal" (no pants, no shirts) around us and it's no big deal. That's just how they do it and if they're comfortable, then why should I be uncomfortable?

While I realize the family dynamic is somewhat different, in all actuality, there really is no family dynamic between you and the adult step-daughter. She's just some hot chick that lives with you. Enjoy it... but don't get in trouble!

Exactly. If it is not big deal to them, then it is nothing. Be glad she is comfortable enough with you to do this. If it is how she is, she is being herself. We are all naked under our clothes, so what?

I should clarify, that when she does go out, she does wear a bra, but she never wears one when at home around family.

So let it go. She is comfortable and the internet physchiatrists need to keep their day jobs. There is nothing wrong with a human body and no bad parts. I never understood why someone would say a woman's breasts (or anything else) are bad and why would they accept having to cover their breasts when men don't is beyond me. You may as well accept different levels of pay or social opportunity for men and women. It would be equally shocking in some cutures if she showed you her arms or legs, and in other cultures if she were completely naked it would be fine. These are cultural taboos put upon us by others to control us, make profit from objectifying women. (How would Playboy have survived unless breasts were made taboo?) Kiss my @ss! Supposed "feminists" will say that strip clubs ex-loit women and the same feminists will say "COVER YOUR BREASTS!!!!!!!!!!" Makes NO sense at all. we have to make it illegal and immoral to show breasts and then provide places where men can go to look at them after paying a "sin tax". #### that!

Just relax, your daughter is comfortable with you and THAT is more important than anything else.

It is part of your life, just accept it and go on, it is no big deal.

Can't touch? Are you kidding me? I'd be all over that! It's not weird if you met as adults.

But, then again, a 20-year-old dude is no match for a 22-year-old Russian woman. He's like an amateur and she's like 40 in American guy years. To paraphrase Shakespeare, "She will be to him as the heron is to the fish. Over him simply because of sovereign nature alone."

I wish him luck. And ease in dealing with the frustration!

Morally speaking (and I have very few morals) there is no problem. As for the age difference...oh yeah. She would damage the boy irrepairably and ruin him for anything else.

Well he would ... if he could. He is certainly no match for her, but it's fun to watch him try to impress her. rofl.gif She still has old Russian and Ukrainian boyfriends sending her gifts from clear across the world. I could open a used flower shop with the amount of flower deliveries I get since she moved in.

On the more practical side, I'm glad nothing will happen because they are going to know each other as family for many years to come and I don't want there to be any awkward feelings between them later.

Wearing a bra around the house sucks. Bras aren't comfortable, and many women's tops, especially "loungewear", is very sheer or thin.

It means she's comfortable around you, or better yet she trusts you. It's a good thing, let it go.

Oksana and I talked about this last night (after I regained my bearings). I explained how most American women would have been outraged that I admitted to seeing their daughter's breast, and I asked her why she was not upset and her reply made a lot of sense.

She said "You are a man, and a man is going to look at a pretty girl no matter what and it is normal. I trust you completely and if I thought there was a danger, I would never leave you alone with her. It is also a sign that my daughter trusts you."

Got to love a FSU woman's no-nonsense approach.

He should wait until you get the immigration process paid for and marry her the day after she becomes a citizen. :P

I know how much Russians and Ukrainians enjoy relaxation inside the home. The first thing my wife (and step daughter) do when they get home is change into comfortable clothes and slippers. They can't understand why I don't do the same the instant I come home.

I'm surprised you're not getting yelled at. "Why you must wear dirty street clothes on clean sofa?"

The funny thing about street/home clothes that I'll never understand is guests wear clothes and (gasp!) even shoes in the house. How come they're not dirty?
