I was wondering if it makes a different to call USCIS regarding the status of my AOS or if it will be just a complete waste of time. I know the reps will only tell you what I can see online, "Initial Review". It's been over 7 months since I filed. I contacted senators/reps but I doubt they did something about it. Any info would be appreciated.

03/03/2011 - K1 Application received

03/07/2011 - NOA1 Date

07/11/2011 - NOA2 Approved 126 days from NOA1

07/27/2011 - NVC recieved

08/05/2011 - NVC sent to consulate

08/10/2011 - Consulate received

09/01/2011 - Interview date

09/15/2011 - Visa Approved

10/06/2011 - Port of Entry - IAD Dulles International

01/25/2012 - AOS Package sent

02/15/2012 - Biometrics taken

Was your file sent to CSC? If so, 7 months is normal.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

Yes, it was transferred to CSC for faster processing. :) What a joke!!!!
