NVC got my visa application and civil documents monday.....waiting and waiting for an appointment letter. Then my husbend's sister will take the kids for their appointment. Will they let her go in with the children? I am going to submit some more evidence at the time of the appointment, school documents with the father's name on them and noterized letters in lou of pictures stating he was the father and stuff like that. Any advise people? The children are in jamaica and me and my husbend are in the united states waiting anxiously for them praying our hearts out.

I called the NVC number because my step kids mother is only in the picture when i pay her to be. And they live with his sister. So they said just an adult must accompany them. They did not use the words Legal.

you mean documents to show that they are indeed the legal guardian? oh my goodness this is stressful. if that's the case i have to brive the mother to go with them. everytime i ask for her help she makes me pay her for her time. makes me so mad.
