Having received good advise, on the whole, from the good people at VJ, I thought I'd ask about resumes.

I have just spent a part of the evening changing my CV into something more resembling a US resume. I'm a little way off being able to work, but thought I'd get my act together so I'm ready when I do get my EAD.

Anyway, to my point! Does anybody have a few spare moments to just have a glance at my resume and make a few observations?

I would gladly take a look at it if I can be of assistance. I manage a large cancer research lab at a major cancer institute.

Since you mentioned CV.. typically this is used in the science field. If indeed this is true, I may can help. Just today I had to read 30 CV's for a position we just posted. Just send me a private message instead of here on the thread and we can see if I can help. If I can't, I will be honest and let you know....
