Once again im confused, Now since my household has to include my 2 kids who dont live with me but i pay support for, myself and wife, also my father lives with me and i need him to be my joint sponsor and add his income to mine.. But he filled his own taxes on the comuter and didnt know how to add his social security so its not listed on his 2010 & 2011, but is current income is higher then what he filled. Is this gonna be a problem now?

So, your question is that..."Will it be a problem if your father's current income is more than his 2010 and 2011 tax returns?"

Is that your question?

It shouldn't be for this process. IRS may want him to adjust those tax returns if it means he will give them some money. (but that is a different story for now)

I find it hard to believe that his tax returns were accepted without an ITIN or SSN. But that isn't the question here.

You father will complete the I-864A and supply all required documents.

He put in his ssn but not the income from social security he didnt know what he was doing really when he filled on his own on the computer

He can file amended returns (1040X) for any years with mistakes.

For your immigration circumstances, use the returns/transcripts available now.
