The silliest part is your lack of asking for a reason. What exactly do you want to know and why? easy questions....

Have you been approved... Yes or No

You could have easily answered that question.... You never replied as to why you were asking your question.

You have no timeline data and your profile info doesn't suggest you are adjusting status. It just says F1. There are reasons we ask people to fill these out.
