Hey everyone:

So here I am trying to triple confirm that I have to send everything to the Chicago Lockbox Facility (PO Box 805887, Chicago IL 60680-4120). Correct? Just to give enough background info so that you guys can fully confirm this for me:

F1 student married to USC filing I-130 (petition for aline relative), I-485 (AOS), medical form, I-765 (EAD application), I-864 (affidavit of support) etc. all together as one package. Here, is also my cover letter for you guys to reivew and let me know if I happen to miss anything out:

It looks fine. The best way to be 100% sure is to get the guide here, print it and tick things off as you put them in your packet.

Thanks so much for your reply. Is the address also correct to mail all this in? Thank you so much! I just really really want to make sure and you are right, it is the best to get it here, and that's exactly how I've been collecting all these up, but then I've got discouraged that people cannot reply. That sucks, you will get an RFE and you will need pictures of both the petitioner and beneficiary.

I hope I get an RFE. why would I need passport style pictures of the petitioner and beneficiary for the Employment authorization? I am the petitioner and beneficiary in that case...right?

I guess you miss stuff when filling all that paperwork with twin toddlers running around the house, ahahahaha

It looks you have everything.

Even though youa re submitting your marriage certificate under basis of eligibility, I would also put a copy under evidence of bonafides. At least it was how we did it :)

06/09/2012 - Married the Best man in the world!


07/14/2012 - Mailed I-130 and I-485 packages

07/23/2012 - USCIS cashed our checks

07/25/2012 - Received Notice of Action letters for I-130, I-485 and I-765.

07/25/2012 - Received ASC Appointment Notice for biometrics. Biometrics scheduled for 08/14/2012 in Norfolk, VA.

08/07/2012 - Successful Walk-in Early Biometrics taken at a different ASC location (Alexandria, VA).

08/13/2012 - Called the FBI to ask about biometrics. USCIS have them!

08/27/2012 - Received Interview letter, Interview scheduled on Sept. 28th.

09/21/2012 - EAD card under production

09/28/2012 - Interview in Norfolk - No decision yet :(

09/29/2012 - EAD card received in the mail.

10/01/2012 - Case status updated - Approved! YAY!!!!

10/03/1012 - Card Production!!!!! YAAAAAAY!!!

10/10/2012 - Green Card received in the mail! It's beautiful!!!

7/7/14 - Package sent to Vermont Service Center

7/14/14 - USCIS received Package, USCIS sent first NOA

7/22/14 - ASC Appointment Notice Letter

8/15/14 - Biometrics done
