Please..... I am not ashamed. The post was funny and I was not disrespectful. I am glad the OP cleared up the fact that he did not send in an electronic version.

In today's technological age, I do not doubt someone trying to be clever and try just that. SO, by no means was his post just unbelievable.

Furthermore, I wouldn't be surprised if USCIS doesn't go totally electronic within the next 5-10 years.

OP, I hope you do not ever have to go through the disappointment of a RFE and that everything goes smoothly for you.

It was kind of funny...but the OP wasn't being unclear, can't blame someone for being a little OCD. Wished I had thought of the powerpoint thing myself! I sent in good ole fashioned photocopies of stuff! I hope I don't get RFE'd!

Whatever tools you used to organize the evidence isn't relevant. I used Microsoft Word to organize my scanned evidence, with a header and footer printed on each page; e.g., "I-129F Petition for <Beneficiary's Name>, Attachment xx, Page x of x". I used this method with the I-129F petition, the AOS application, and the removal of conditions application. No RFE's or other problems so far.

12/15/2009 - K1 Visa Interview - APPROVED!

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!

whatever works best I say..,. :)

I bought a inexpensive pdf editor, scanned, tweaked, modified, added arrows, pics, etc... That worked great for me, and then I saved it all as pdf's, That way she would have no problem accessing internet from a print shop to make additional copies ( if ever needed) ...

sounds like you did well. :)

I also went with 24# paper and had all my "Im sending these in" documents done at a copy center on color laser

It would beat the person I saw when we did our AOS that had three boxes full of stuff on a hand truck. At least it would be easier to carry those then carting around those three boxes and better organized . I wonder if the IO even looked at any of it. .
