Well.. Jan 28th we started and today were advised the NOA 2 is being mailed. It had one RFE in July but not a biggy. My question is who gets the NOA2 sent to them? Will it be me the Fiance in Canada ( Winnipeg ) or will my future wife in Masschusettes? All recommendations is to take a breath and start calling NVC next week to see if they have it and have a MTL #... so the journey continues.

Just wondering who gets the NOA2?

thanks

RFE reply 8/3/12
NOA2 8/16/12
NVC received 8/27/12
NVC left 8/29/12
Manila Embassy received 9/5/12
Visa appointment & approval 9/7/12
Arrived in US 10/5/2012
Married 11/24/2012
AOS application sent 12/19/12

Thank you for those quick replies. I assume I can then start calling in about a week to NVC and see if they have the petition and if it has a MTL number. I am trying to be patient and hope I dont miss something I need to do.

I need to make sure the petition left for the consulate and then follow for P3... Most of the stuff is ready but its the waiting game.

Any suggestions please share.
