Hi VJ members!!!!

please check the checklist below of the documents which i am sending to India to my fiance

1) signed and notorize I-134

2) Notorize Intend of letter

3) Employement Letter

4) Bank Letter

Do i need to send original which i send while i submit my I-129f exm like: birthday cards, receipt of sending mails or etc....

Right, I sent the original boarding pass and receipts etc.

"2) Notorize Intend of letter "

I send the other three but I didn't send the "Notorize Intend of letter", Can anyone pitch in and tell us if this is also mandatory.

Looks like Mumbai is doing a good job for sending Packet 4 , you submitted the packet 3 on 08/25 and got the interview. Good Luck!!

i read k1 guildlines where it says we need to again send that letter in which addressing to that country's consulate.

actually i called DOS and they told me about the interview date but we are going to receive the physical packet 4 wtihin a week i guess.
