Now if you don't mind, please update your information and timeline. Your I-129F did not get adjudicated at Texas Service Center. Your information misleads new people to VJ and they think that it does...no0pb.gif

Also, your AOS period hasn't even been entered. Please help others here on VJ by correctly filling it in with accurate dates.

Congrats again. Glad to see CSC approving some petitions....

So true. They have been moving slowly. I just got touched by them stating that my younger son's I-130 is approved and a letter sent. His I-485 was transferred to CSC in March. My older son just to the same letter after filing in June and having his interview on Wednesday - approved on the spot. Hope it means my younger son's I-485 will move to card production soon.

congrats! mine is denied and i dont know what to do... im still waiting for the letter to know the reason for the denial... i just learned about it today on status check online. i never thought it would be denied. im ambivalent in receiving the letter since in some forums ive read it's stated in the letter that the denied applicants are for deportation. i dont want that and nobody does. i came here in the US under k1 visa and waited a long time to be with my husband. we really dont know why it's denied.

wish me luck that this thing will be fine and can be solved as soon as possible. :)

:rofl: after months and months of waiting finally when i checked my status it sa=ez card/document production thank God..

oh i feel nervous now cause i been here for almost 6months and just this month were planing to apply an Aos of everything will be fine to us, and you really dont know what is the reason why its denied or any clue did u do all of the instruction of the for 1-485 and also the advise here? if what are the requirements are need to be sent in uscis?
