I meet Robin on an online game over a year ago. We where friends do to the fact that I was married but we still talked on skype occasionally. On Nov. 15 2011 my husband of 22yrs was killed in a car accident. Robin was there on skype to comfort me the best he could as the months came an went we grew closer an closer until we found our selves in love he came over for 2 weeks in Aug an we fell completely in love even my son really likes him alot. Robin asked me to marry him an we filed the K-1 but when I had to put him back on the plane it hurt so bad I cried so hard I felt like my heart was being ripped out yet again. Its killing us being apart

When Robin was here we went to our first baseball game Braves vs Dodgers he was going to propose at the game on the big screen but they didn't get the request in time. Gawd it felt so perfect being in his arms.

Whats funny is I have a cocker spaniel puppy Ysabella an she is scared of everything an everyone an she took right to him. She has heard his voice on skype sense I brought her home shes 9months old an our baby girl We both want here with us when we marry so we are having our first disagreement lol I want to have bows in her hair an he thinks it will make her look daft lol an My 19 year old son Tyler is on Robins side men lol

Welcome to VJ, the most helpful sight ever. I too lost my husband and married someone from the UK. We had known each other many years and had met each other's families. Then when both our lives sorta fell apart, we became good support for each other. I found it easier to pour out my emotions to someone afar. Eventually we knew we made a great team and needed to be together. Best decision ever! Good luck on the immigration process. No comment on the dog.
