Wait, does the petitioner also need to submit their birth certificate? I thought that it was only the beneficiary who needed that. If so, then I need mine translated...hmmm. Please advise!

Pierot--- To be quite honest with you it is going to be country dependent. I would suggest going to your country consulate webpage...

Pieroot-- it is really country specific.. i recommend you go to the US consulate for your country and assure yourself. The sub topic should be "required documents"
