What reason can I give the Social Security office? Is the I-94 enough evidence that I am here on a visa and need an SSN?

Second NOA: 05/24/2011

A K-1 is entitled to a SSN. You do not need a reason. What is your current status? Your signature says you got NOA2 over a year ago.
