Are you asking if the new baby, born in the USA, is elligible for Medicaid? If so yes, because it is a US citizen

Are you asking if the father of the new baby is qualified? No, he is neither the baby nor did he give birth to the baby.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

I am asking for the father who just come here to the US and got a 10 yrs green card. His wife just gave birth to the baby and he want to apply for Medical benefit. My question is, Is medical benefit a means test public? Will the sponsor and co sponsor get liable from the government for the bills?

that is my main concern.

04/16/2012: Additional documents sent

05/02/2012: NVC case complete

05/14/2012: Medical

06/04/2012: Interview--->approved

06/05/2012: Visa arrived in mail
