how would i find out if my case is complete at nvc

pls i want to know ways i can find out if my case is complete at the nvc without calling them on the fone and besides when i still log in into the payment portal does it mean my case is not complete yet.pls can somebody explain this better to me.thanks

You have to call up to see if the application was received. Then I think you can track it when it leaves via the internet.

I sent packet on 8/23/12. Im calling everyday to find out if my case is completed. we are on the same boat. I heard it takes 5-10 days for them to review AOS and then they will give you your interview date. Good luck. you will find out quicker by calling pretty much everyday or every other day.

i tracked it and it was delivered on august 20th so this is the 10th day so im beginning to get worried

You have to call NVC to know if you case has been completed that's the only way you can find out.... It takes a week to review your document so probably am sure its completed by now... so keep calling to find out.

Yes you will still be able to sign in..... my case was completed on the 9th and I can still sign in

Yes you will be able to sign in to the portal. Some have cases over a year ago and they said they still can get in. You will get no email when Case is Complete if you waited the next notification you will get is when you get interview email notification.

I would call I am waiting to be invoiced for IV Bill so I feel your pain.

Only concern you should have with the payment portal is that it shows PAID for both. Case completes means they received all of the required documentation from you in order to complete the process, schedule an interview, and send to the embassy.

What did you send them that was delivered on the 20th? AOS (I-864), DS-230? Is everything that is required invoiced, paid, sent in?

There is not enough information to give you a good answer at this time. Can you fill in your timeline?
