How long does it take for NOA to respond to the RFE you sent them? I submitted further evidence on the 22nd now just curious how long it will be, before I hear back from them or if its been approved?

Lastly how do you sign up for email alerts, from USCIS instead of waiting for a response in the mail?

I suppose I'm just tired or waiting and jumping through hoops for the past two years.....

I can only tell you from what I have seen on other member time lines here, average is around 1-2 weeks.

If it was a simple RFE its maybe 1 to 2 weeks snd you should see approval. To get email and text messages and to follow your case (even though they rarely update your case until approval). Go to 1. USCIS.gov 2. Put in case number upper left side check status button 3. select signup for Case updates. And cry with joy when you get that text than email that you are APPROVED. <BR><BR>

it takes usually 1-2 weeks. for mine RFE it took 10 days.
