Hi, sorry that you are waiting so long. We are 27 Feb and I called yesterday and was told that they were working on 6 Feb. So hopefully it will be approved in the next couple of day. Keep you spirits up))) Ron

thks but those people dont know what else to say they are telling people they are on the 6th of fed they need to moved a bit faster vsc is slow anybody else didn't got they noa2 yet this is driving crazy its 6months now

You must wait probably a couple more weeks.

You also applied for a CR1 not a K1, so perhaps the processing times are different?

NOA2 is just the second notice of action on your petition. Your NOA2 could be an RFE and your NOA3 could be approval. Hang in there. Ours took six months also by the time we got approved. I am sure it will be any day now. Good Luck!

I called on Monday and they said they were currently working on Feb 6th and that I could not file a service request because I am still within the estimated time frame. When I asked when the estimated time frame was she said Oct 20th to Oct 31st.

I told her that I was already at 6 months and the VCS said 5 months processing time. She said they are currently at 7.5 to 8 months processing for Vermont and that in recent days they have allocated resources to start on applications for the new directive for all of those filing for the new visa.

So I guess that the honest people who play by the rules pay the price for those who do not.
