Hello everyone, I am new here and a mommy to be. I filled to Removed the Condition of my 2 years geen card on June 20,2012. But till now I don't received any Biometric notice,it's been 2 months since the day I received the 1 year extension of my green card. Is there anyone here who filled ROC on June and don't received anything yet?I am just worried and this is not helping with my situation rightnow. Please I'm calling all the June ROC filers to share your journey. Thanks

You would able to see the timeline for those who submitted their I-751 in June, 2012. Based on the time, it is strange that you have not yet gotten the notice for biometrics. But anyway, check with the department ( in case if that letter has been missed or whatever ). And follow the thread for further help.

I'm a June filer for California service center. I too never received a biometrics appt. I called the 800# on the 29th or 30th day after the receipt date on the NOA receipt and filed a 'service request". Then received my biometrics appt. notice shortly afterwards. Hope this helps. You can follow my process in the same link someone sent you earlier. good luck -:)

...."Call the 800 number and then when they ask you to choose a language, don't press anything. They would think you have a rotary phone and will then transfer you to a real person."

Another helpful June filer made this suggestion in the same link above and it truly works...the call goes over to their spanish line and they greet you in spanish....I just spoke english after she ended her greeting. Hope this helps!!!
