Time to send N400

Just got done with the form tonight. Will be getting 2 2x2 photos tomorrow and make a copy of my permanent resident card.

Will try to get my paperwork out by the end of the week. So here's my quick checklist.

- N400 form filled out (needs to re-check again)

- 2 2x2 passport style images (should be able to get tomorrow)

- copies of resident card (should also be done tomorrow)

- check for $680 ($595 + $85 biometrics)

- sending it to

USCIS

Thats pretty much it. If You think i am missing something please let me know.

also, how do i go about sending this package?

Post office,fed-ex?

return receipt,certified mail?

Perform a quick search on this forum. You are missing quite a few items, I.e. Tax transcripts etc.

If you are filing based on marriage to a USC, you need to show that marriage is still ongoing and bona fide.

Reread OP's timeline.

is the n-400 for married 3 years or 5 years, you need to show 3 years tax transcripts banking,marriagecertificate,divorce if any,if married a copy of us passport bio page,some utility bills 2 passport 2x2 photos name on the back,copy of your permanent resident card front and back,acopy of lease,G-1145 form for notify e.mail

Yes, if you are filing at the 3 year mark of LPR status based on your marriage to a USC.

If you are applying based on being an LPR for 5 years, then marriage info isn't needed.

OK so ill be sending this docs. tomorrow.

Here's my list.

- G-1145 (1pg)

-N-400 (10 pgs)

- Permanent Resisdent card copy front and back (1 pg)

- 2 2x2 photo (1pg)

- check $680

I guess that's all im sending.
