Put in a made up date for the visa interview and then you can schedule St. Luke online. Make sure she brings her NOA2 and her MNL # for the medical. I scanned it and emailed it to her and it was acceptable by St. Lukes

wow, all this talk of sept 7...which would be far too early for us as well, but we booked ours online aug 23rd and nearest they could do was oct 14 i recall, but then we set it for the 22nd, just 2 days before my bday, so what better gift could i be receiving than that, eh

August 29, 2012 - Received Letter of Eligibility from USEM (dated August 17, 2012)

My advice is to get your I-134 supporting document shipped asap and let her get her medical done. Then you can jump on any early opening after that is done.
