OH NO.....that seems so strange.

Because NVC told me 2 weeks ago that no slots are anymore available for September.

MY government lied to me...???????

Maybe yes maybe no, but doesn't the government lie? There will be spots opening from to time but you just have to be lucky and see it when it comes out. Best is to kerp at it and keep checkibg. The 3 weeks i was checking daily, dates were shuffling daily.

When I was at the embassy on Aug 15th it was a madhouse and soooo many applicants. It appeared that K-1 wasnt the priority. So many groups of people getting work visa's......

You guys are not alone lol been calling them for almost 4 days - still no available slots! usem is testing my patience and temper .. bad thing is the operators doesn't have a concrete answer on why all these is happening right now - they advise to call from time to time - it compromises my whole day just to call and check as they advise to do it "time to time" ... urrr! #nomercy

Not sure the way around registering online when doing an 'advance medical' with no interview date but you can show up at St. Luke's without preregistering with a letter from NVC showing your MNL case number and they will let you do the medical.

Put in a made up date for the visa interview and then you can schedule St. Luke online. Make sure she brings her NOA2 and her MNL # for the medical. I scanned it and emailed it to her and it was acceptable by St. Lukes
