Yes I have nbi clearance already and will get police clearance here in Kuwait soon, so what were you trying to say is no need for me to take police clearance in the Philippine as long I have nbi clearance? Thank you so much ❤❤❤

Just to be clear though, your NBI clearance should be that one that says it is for overseas travel, or travel to the US, something like that. There is another type of NBI that locals get just for employment, and it's not the one you want. So assuming you have the right NBI, and if you are still in Kuwait, get your police clearance from there, and you're all set!

The NBI is what you need and what the US embassy in Kuwait will be expecting. If you already have that no need to worry about a barangay clearance or anything else. Unless there was something on your record and you need copies of that. Do you have your Kuwaiti clearance? Have you lived in any other countries that you would need clearances from?

That is correct.Some places in the UAE will not issue you a Police Clearance unless you are Physically Present in that Country, my Fiancee had her Interview this Past April and the USEM knew she worked in Dubai for a Year and she wasnt even asked for a Police Certificate.She didnt even have one. The State Department waives the Requirement for the UAE. Good Luck!:thumbs:
