I know this has been asked before, but I can't find the thread where I read it. Nearly all of my income comes from my regular job (which meets the income requirement). I have another job that pays me as a contractor and issues a 1099. My question is: do I have to submit the two schedules (C EZ and SE)for the second job if I send in the tax transcripts?

USCIS: 04/23/2012: I-130 mailed

NVC: 07/30/2012: Case received at NVC
U.S Embassy Interview: 11/01/2012: Interview and Visa approved!

Removing Conditions

10/19/14: Sent I-751

04/17/15: Approved

You do not need to send any schedules. You only need to send the tax transcripts. Hope this helps others in the future :)
