ok the Nigerain consulate recieved our i-29f package last Thursday.. Now while I'm waiting for them to send package 3 and 4 to my fiance.. should I send him the affidavat of suppport, letter of intent to marry,past 3 years of tax transcripts, letter from employeer and 5 check stubs now so he can send out as soon as he gets #3 & #4 have it.. Or am I to wait for package 3 because it may tell me to send these things else where personally.. I just need to know if he is to deliever or mail out from his home.. Or will they (consulate) want it directly from me...

let him mail the embassy now and ask for interview date.."that is if he hasn't done that already" ..then u go ahead and send all required documents to him....he can go ahead and download the forrms from the website and start working on it ...medical, n police report...

and also keep contacting the embassy via E-MAIL with your case number from the NVC ..sometime they will tell you they have sent your packet through the postal mail but it will not be there ...so when you write then through the e-mail the will invite him to the embassy to come and pick the packets

Not yet and I can't try my cunning plan to try to self book an appointment as Her Majestys Passport hasn't arrived yet from Abuja.

One quick note and I know you were just joking but please don't be apprehensive about posting questions no matter how slight you may think it is.

We will all learn from any answer and also someone may notice an error be it an uneccesary form or process.
