The form says list ALL children. ALL means ALL. It will only create problems if you do not list ALL children.

A better question would be what are the consequences for you if you knowingly do not answer a question truthfully and USCIS finds out?

How old is the child? Is the child eligible for deferred action? If the child is illegal, then that matter should be cleared up.

the child is 34 years old. How can one know if a person is eligible for Deferred Action? She is working as a live-in housekeeper.

34... not going to qualify for deferred action.
