:P We Finally Got Touched Just NOw And Received Email From USCIS Cofirming that They Already Responded to The RFE We Sent!!! I Was So Happy To Finally HEar From Them....Early today My Fiancee CAlled Them And They SAid We Have To WAit for 30 Days For The Update and Confirmation of Our CAse But CAnt Believe We Got Touched Now & Get Email From Them At The SAme Time!!! ;) Hope We Get NOA2 Soon.....To All VJ Members Thanks So Much!!! And GoodLuck to Everybody Too....Maybe Its Your TUrn Next;) Just Hang In There :yes:

Predicting CSC is a fool's game, but I hope that you get your NOA2 rapidly! Nothing wrong with a little touch! :D Just look at our timeline! But don't expect an approval email, check your snail mail! Best of luck to you! :thumbs:

  • July 16, 2006 Met in person on her birthday in United Arab Emirates
  • August 4, 2006 sent certified mail I-129F packet Neb SC
  • August 9, 2006 NOA1
  • August 21, 2006 received NOA1 in mail
  • October 4, 5, 7, 13 & 17 2006 Touches! 50 day address change... Yes Judith is beautiful, quit staring at her passport photo and approve us!!! Shaming works! LOL
  • October 13, 2006 NOA2! November 2, 2006 NOA2? Huh? NVC already processed and sent us on to Abu Dhabi Consulate!
  • February 12, 2007 Abu Dhabi Interview SUCCESS!!! February 14 Visa in hand!
  • March 6, 2007 she is here!
  • MARCH 14, 2007 WE ARE MARRIED!!!
  • May 5, 2007 Sent AOS/EAD packet
  • May 11, 2007 NOA1 AOS/EAD
  • June 7, 2007 Biometrics appointment
  • June 8, 2007 first post biometrics touch, June 11, next touch...
  • August 1, 2007 AOS Interview! APPROVED!! EAD APPROVED TOO...
  • August 6, 2007 EAD card and Welcome Letter received!
  • August 13, 2007 GREEN CARD received!!! 375 days since mailing the I-129F!

    Remove Conditions:

  • May 1, 2009 first day to file
  • May 9, 2009 mailed I-751 to USCIS CS

Will Do!!! Thanks So Much...Need To WAit For Few Days To Check On Snail Mail ;) My Fiancee Is On Academy Right Now & cant Get To His MAil Box; He Was Asking Somebody to Check It For HIm ;) I Feel Relieved They Confirmed They Got Our RFE...Atleast I Wont Be Worried It Was Lost Or Something!!!:) And Finally Heard From Them; So Now We Have To Wait Wether We Got NOA2 Approved Or Another RFE!!! Better Touch Than Never, Right? (L) You Feel More relieve Being Touch And Makes You Less Frustrated!!! :dance:
