I have a PD for June 6th.

It just made sense to me to split the month since there are already approvals being done at CSC for June. Where those of us that are in VSC are still hoping to be approved by early Nov.

06/08/2012: NOA1 (Priority Date)

06/12/2012: Touched

08/20/2012: Mailed VSC request for Upgrade to CR1

08/23/2012: Opened Request with USCIS for Upgrade to CR1

08/27/2012: Got Email confirming upgrade to IR1/CR1

11/13/2012: NOA2

11/16/2012: NVC Received (NVC # not ready)

11/19/2012: BOG number/IIN - Gave emails

11/19/2012: Choice of Agent email sent

Yea, I (thanks to VJ) decided to submit as LPR, and not wait to complete naturalization, in order to get that PD, if not I would just be getting a PD date for Aug. 15 or so.

Priority Date / NOA1 - It's on the notice of action.

I have a PD of June 4th at VSC. Will be waiting at minimum 2-3 months more.....

Relationship and I-130 Process

Sometime in October, 2011: We met online talking about Argentina.
Later in October: Met in person in Philadelphia and became good friends.
March 4, 2012: Became girlfriend and boyfriend, officially.
March 21: Gloria leaves the US at the end of her J-1 Visa.
April 9: Got engaged!
May 12-26: Chris visits Buenos Aires.
May 18: Got married in Argentina :) Happy day!!
May 29: Sent out I-130
June 4: NOA1 received.
August 17-20: Chris visits again.
September 22-29: Chris 3rd visit, Gloria's birthday!
November 11-January 5: Chris stays in Argentina almost 2 months, Gloria is happy!
December 28: NOA2 YAY!!!
December 31: Package received at NVC.
January 18, 2013: Got case # and IIN.
February 6: Case complete!!
February 11: Interview assigned.
February 25: Package received at Embassy in Buenos Aires.
March 18: Interview Approved!!
March 28: Visa received.
March 29: Houston POE

April 11: received greencard!!!!!!!

January 9, 2015: sent out form I-751

:wow: I think so too....It seems we will have to wait 'till November to hear about approvals for people who signed on June. I have PD June 4th, so we are in the same boat hehe :) anyway let's try to be positive! Good luck

Ya those can sometimes be flukes or expedites. Hope for the best, but prepare for the worst. PD for me is June 7th.

04/04/2022: Check for passport cashed.

Whoa! that's pretty nice!! Same here, I am trying to don't be too excited and to don't have high hopes, but I guess it's very cool when you see a post like this and that tells you that VSC may be speeding up the petitions! :thumbs:

We just gotta be patient and *fingers crosses* hopefully we can hear from VSC about our cases soon! :yes:

Yay! I fall under this category! I'm just happy to find others along the same timeline as me. Vermont is slower than other service centers so patience is a must. I've been coping by not thinking about it too much....until today.

I agree, patience is the key in this journey! :yes: ...it's hard to deal with the distance, and if we add the fact that by now there's nothing we can do but waiting, waiting and waiting,makes it a little bit worse :crying:

Hopefully we will get some good news about our cases in the next 2 or 3 months! :) I feel happy as well to know that I am not alone in this long process, there are so many cases filed on June that also will be handled at Vermont, and we gotta wait for them to give us an answer hehe we are in the same boat!! :lol:

I guess the good news is VSC hasnt got any slower.
