Hi! So here´s my drama :(

We send pictures, boarding passes, hotel receipts, and the rest of the documents needed, but somehow we missed the letter of intent :(

what will happen now?? Just the RFE or is it possible to have the K1 denied just because we forgot this??

Im having a panic attack!!! Please someone who did the same mistake or know someone who did it, it would be very helpful to hear the story !

Thank you!!!

Unfortunately you will receive an RFE, however you are aware of this and will be correcting it. Let us not forget that things happen for a reason. Dont dwell on it, all it can do is just stress you out even more. Just send in the letter of intent and move forward..

Good Luck

First... Breaaaatheeee good.gif

The intent letter is a big part of the petition, they want to have it in writing... but its not the biggest in my opinion... I would think you'd get an RFE which will delay you a few weeks. You seem to have everything else to show that you've met in the last 2 years. I think you will be fine once that is submitted.
