Hi

My conditional green card expires on de.cember 1st 2012. We shoul apply before 90 days. that means i shoul start applying by end of august.

Then am planning to go out of country by november. i heard that as soon as i receive travel document i can travel. . so guys i need your suggestions.. i need

to knew how long it will take.Please guide me guys !!

When you receive your NOA1, keep it with your green card when you travel. The letter states that it extends the expiration date of the green card out one year. I am not sure how long the NOA1's are taking now. We got ours in about 2 weeks, give or take a day or two.

Yes, the NOA (the receipt notice you get after you send in the packet, which doesn't take too long - ours was about a week) extends your green card for 1 year and you can travel with that letter + your green card. Make sure you get your biometrics done before you leave though, if you're planning to be gone a while!
