Hi all , well I got the 2nd rfe for the I-130 they said they did not have the signed photos for me the petitioner and i know my spouse and I sent them all in the packet and both reviewed it so probably they lost them so now they inn the mail .OKay we filed originally April 16th 12 I was a LPR the I became a USC notified them they updated my status and petition .Any idea when this I-130 will get approved or a decision made. I dont see any reason for it to be denied but?? :-) any experiences with this much appreciated .WE just filed the I-130 and as I said its pending my husband is hesitant to file the I-485 ??? he says ok the I-130 has to be approved to file the I-485 so what's the point in case the I-485 gets denied he's not a negative person just cautious ..

Okay and now when the photo arrives back at USCIS will it just sit in a pile on someone's desk for months :-(( or will they just receive it and move forward immediately ? with the processing ..

PS for all of you who dont know my husnbands here illegally fine he entered on a Visa and over stayed he has 2 children from a prior marrigae they are in kansas with his ex and now have greencards her new husband sponsored them :-)
