YES! this is my story !

Goodday Vj members!

Iam newbie here, let me give some info about me,Iam soon to be a K1 beneficiary & filipina. This problem bothering me so much !

I have 3 kids with my previous marriage , annulled 2011 but not stated about the custody of my children.Thier father never give any support from my kids but even before our marriage is like hell ,I experienced domestic violence & he is very irresponsible till I decided to end it yrs.ago bringing my kids with me after he beated me seriously when i was pregnant with our 3rd child.(saying he own me)

Finally i found my love of life thru internet 2009(american).He supported us all our needs, loved & cared for us .(definitely nice guy). Our relationship getting stronger & stronger each day we chatted .We met 2011 for 2 weeks here in the philippines & talking about our future then finally he going to start his petition for us this coming Sept.

Their bio-father refused to give consent for them( only using my kids to hassle me cos he dont like me to be happy & dont want any separation although he treated me like a punching bag, maid , made he more angry when i filed our annulment & granted .he currently living & working in middle east

he is out of the country but he still spite me & my fiancee using FB .(he got gf).I was talked to his father & sisters to talk to him & leave us alone.

my american bf is not rich guy , he got limited money to process the petition for me & children which is big amount we needed & i know it would not end to this by getting visa , there's more step to do ( airfare, marrying, aos etc. ) that needed money too!

I talked DSWD & Immigration about the consent, & visited their websites.I found out i don't need travel consent from the DSWD for my children & also stated in Immigration site that their exemption if u have a solo parent ID, which im getting now.We want to save some money & use it wisely for our visa, thats why as long possible im looking for another way not to get court orders ( cos money involve) .If there's no choice we will file a sole custody but i have to left behind my 2 children here & get them after 2 yrs until we save money again ,my lawyer who handled my annulment before saying I need more 100k for this case, we dont have money anymore for it .We dont want it to be happen to leave them & my heart's melt every time my kids saying'MAMA DON'T LEAVE ME' even its for a while

heres my question!

do i really need to get a court order ? how much ? how long it takes? if no other way

anybody there experienced using their solo parent ID successfully w/o any hassle from immigration& embassy?

looking forward to hear replies from VJ members who can relate on this situation.

Thank you so much!
