Really??? When did they change. All we got was our NOA2. Which was from VSC, we never received anything from NVC.

Interesting on our NOA2, was that it said it was being sent straight to Consulate in Rio. Which, at the time, was extremely confusing to us. Then, someone pointed out that it was a basic statement that went on all NOA2's, but indeed it makes a stop at NVC before being sent to consulate.

"I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant."

How long does it take to go from NVC to the Consulate... ours has been a little over 2 weeks. Whats the normal time frame?

I think ours took that long.

You can also track it from NVC to Consulate if you care.

Have you called them? Did they tell you additional processing?
