Did you send letters of intent to marry from both of you...?

Did you send visa photos from both of you...?

Did you prove meeting personally within the last 2 years...?

yup I send all of those, the letter to intend to marry was includid with the letter how we met, it was two pages, and the last tyme I saw my fiance was on feb of this year, Im thinking about a copy of my passport the date or stamp, when I went to the philippines to see her for the first tyme, like how we met. Because her cousin got the same RFE last month, and got approved a week later, i hope is just that.

Nope....if you can send them what they ask for you should be good to go.

The only reason for denial at USCIS would be because you do not meet the reqirements of the visa you intend to apply for.

I know this is hard but at least you know that they are working on your papers. Good luck! I hope its a simple one. Just more patience. This process had just just extended my stress to the heavens!

****** Whatever comments i post are based only on what I've done or experienced during this journey. ******

And we should be here to help each other.

Peace out! =)
