Hi

I am filing for my Adjustment of Status and i have read we need the NOA2 to fill it all, the issue i have is we did not recieve the NOA2 at all, we got a email stating that it had been accepted and i need to complete the Packet 3 but no letter was sent out in the mail. Can i just include that email or do i need to get the NOA2.

How long ago was the NOA2? It can take about 300 days to receive the hardcopy.

Case Complete to Interview spreadsheet

Oh really, my NOA2 email was sent in May. If it takes 300 days to get how to you file for a AOS and employment authorisation?

LOL I am so sorry 300??:blush: No I meant up to 30. You should call them Now immediately and tell them you never received and they are holing you up. So sorry. goodness me :bonk:

Make an infopass appointment about the missing NOA2. Show them the K-1 visa in your passport. They should be able to print you out something to show the 129F was approved. You could also include a copy of the letter you got from NVC showing the 129F was approved and being forwarded to the consulate.
