RE: Choice of Agent form

Ok, so I sent my husband a choice of agent form (in advance)and it did not have the bar code on it !! I was trying to be a head of myself :bonk: . Last Friday I was invoiced and received an email with the form that has the bar coded deal on the top.

Can I used the one he originally signed and place the bar code on it by taping it on the signed original form??

Please help, I do not want to fed ex another package to Jamaica, it is so very expensive....

You don't have to waste time and effort on that you email it dear. here's the temlate http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form. Just have husband fill out or you fill out in a body of the email and send to NVC. They do email And about maybe over a week to 2 weeks they will accept and invoive the IV Bill.

Some do have paper snail as back up but all you have to do is resend email if theer was an issue.
