My suggestion. Get married first and file for AOS immediately afterwards. There is no time-limit for AOS, so long as you do marry within the 90 days, conditional of your visa. However, get on and over with it sooner than later.

You can travel to another state, within the US, no problems.

There is no preset order that you need to follow, except that your marriage must take place within 90 days of your arrival in the US.

Good luck and congrats!

No

As long as the travel is only within the US. If you leave the US, you won't be allowed in unless you have the AP or GC or a different visa in hand.

I suggest you get SS after 2 weeks of arriving, get married then file your AOS.

For us we applied for her SS 2 weeks after arrival, then got married after 4 weeks from arrival. Last Monday we went and change her name on her SS to reflect her marriage name and got her new SS card on Saturday. So far no issues, we are now getting ready to file AOS.

Good luck..

If you are going to be looking for work or opening a bank account or applying for a drivers license as soon as you get into the USA then yes you will definately need a SSN. If you do not need to do these things then you have time and I would suggest that you become married first and then apply for your SSN after marriage. Part of the AOS paperwork is proving that you have been living together and joint bank accounts, bills with both of your names appearing on them is part of that proof that you will need. Hope this helps. Good luck on your journey.
