Hello friends,

2 quick ones:

(1) Subsequent to the I-129F NOA2, who actually receives the NVC notice(s)? the USC(beneficiary) or the applicant?

(2) On the I-129F NOA2, one letter of the USC's 6-letter first name has been mistyped (e.g. ANDREW-->AMDREW). The middle initial, the 7-letter last name, the citizenship references and the name of the applicant are all correct. I asked the NBC to correct it by writing a letter with a copy of the NOA1 attached, but it has not been done. Would this be an issue in the process going forward?

Many thanks in advance. ~sobby
