AOS is pending traveling from Guam to Mainland

Hello everyone. I have another question to ask? My fiance(e) is due for her AOS interview on Sept 13. Since we are moving to California sometime October? Does my fiance(e) needs to apply for AP advance Parole traveling from Guam to California? I know there would be an international connecting flight? Would that be a problem? I figured since Guam is a US territory and we're going to California would it be okay to fly without an Advance Parole???
