Im a 24 years old fiancee living in the Philippines

I wanted to ask here if is there a format for the parent consent

or does parents do it by hand write.Im a little bother bout this things

as a first timer for visa process.

Thats the one. Just bring it to your local city hall and get it notarized. I would also bring a copy of your parents ID's with as well. You never know what the CFO is going to do.
