Hello everyone, My wife that is an American Born citizen resides in Azores has 3 children from a previous marriage. We sent in the form I-864W per NVC request and just recently paid the $230.00 fee per child. Now they are requesting the DS-230. I downloaded the application and I cant see how this form can pertain to a 6,8, and 10 year old children. Does anyone know what form that i accually need to complete this phase of their journey because these forms are confusing. Anyones help would be appriciated. THANK YOU

What are you trying to do? Move the family to the US?

Yes, i'm trying to bring the family to the US. The kids were approver by USCIS in late July 2012, I paid the $88.00, completed and sent the I-864W then paid the 230.00 per child and there is a link on the reciept page to complete DS-230. After reading the DS-230 questions I got really confused because I cant see how this would pertain to young children. Since the children will become US citizens upon arrival to the US, why would the need an immigrant visa and alien registration.
