Hello my Wife is citizen and her recent tax returns states a $18000 per year....and three year average income is $16000.... She filled a AOS for me and his Uncle also done AOS for me....But In uncle's tax return her name is not there so.... If she files AOS for me with the present tax return...NVC will except it or should I ask her to put uncle as a joint sponsor for AOS....please help....I am stuck and some one told me to do the money transfer in my spouse account $30000...and she will tell as a we r supporting each other.... please help...

Your wife filled out I-864 and her Uncle filled out I-864.... Is that correct???

Your wife filled out I-864 and her Uncle filled out I-864.... Is that correct???

Yes my wife filled I 864 and her uncle filled I 864A but they heard from there tht her her uncle can not do the affidavit as my wife is nt dependent on her uncle and her name is nt there n his tax return

why is he filing an i864A? he should be filing another i864 as joint sponsor. she doesn't need to be on his taxes.

he should never have filed the i864A, only the i864. he filed the wrong affidavit of support.

Hey my wife sent AOS packet today she filled I 864 and her uncle filled I 864....as a joint sponser

I have a question to ask her uncle is married he is filling taxes with his wife jointly but her wife is not working .....Is this thing will affect with AOS....

Please reply asap.....
