I called the IRS directly, they were able to send them to a fax number.. which is more than acceptable,, I received them in just a few hours..

Do you remember the phone number you called? I called one and it sent me back to the automatic phone. I ordered again for the 3rd time

Over the last 3 weeks I have ordered tax transcript both through the automated phone and through the web. Unfortunately none has been received. Is this normal? Has anyone experienced same? What am I missing? Please advise

I ordered mine on the phone and received 3 yrs in separate envelopes within a week. , try again it was cheap ...

I ordered my past 3 years online without a hitch

All came within 10 days and like previously mentioned, in seperate envelopes

But I will say I've been at the same address for ages! lol
