ok i have everything to send in (i hope) for original submission.

i remember reading about my fiance needs a criminal background, and birth certificate... thats for him to keep and take to the interview. correct? no need to send to me? for some reason i cant seem to find the list that says all the documents he needs to obtain after the first packet is sent. the step by step guide just says what i need to do. and the flowchart just says please see the step by step guide.

06/2012 - met in person & engaged smile.png
08/2012 - Mailed I-129F
08/30/12 - NOA1
04/18/13 - NOA2

07/02/13 - Interview (Denied "not convinced" New Delhi)

Going to try again in his home country

This is what I sent in for the original submission. you do not need to worry about the police report or birth certificate. i think you have about 6 months to get that together!

I. Payment in the amount of $340.

II. I-129F

III. I-129F Supplement: Part B, Question 18, explanation of meeting in person

IV. G-325A and passport style photo (Petitioner)

V. G-325A and passport style photo (Beneficiary)

VI. Certificate of Naturalization/US Passport (Petitioner)

VII. Letter certifying intent to marry (Petitioner and Beneficiary)

VIII. Proof of having met in person in the past two years

IX. Proof of ongoing relationship
