Wanted to file via DCF but not avail in Toronto, question about domicile issues!

Hi all,

I recently posted in the IR-1 and CR-1 forum and was informed by a fellow VJer that if both my husband and I are living in Toronto that they will "investigate the domicile issues that Americans have who are living in Canada. Montreal is VERY strict about domicile issues." Has anyone run into a problem with domicile issues? My husband gained Canadian permanence residence via spousal sponsorship thru me last year and he's just not liking it here and wants to move back home. We are currently living in Toronto and will stay at my in-law's once I get approved and of course get our own place shortly after. With this new information, its really starting to stress me out!
