Hello All!

My mom is sponsoring our visa. She has filled out the 1-34 form and has all the supporting documents...now do i need to still fill out the 1-34 as well? In which case that I do have to fill it out do i need to also provide supporting documents? I am not employed at this time i'm in school full time, I don't have a checking account but I do have transcripts from last year...(tax forms) and so what else could I use? Would love some tips hunny thank you! :)

Yes, you need to fill out your own I-134 and provide your 2011 tax transcript. No bank information is needed from you. If your mother qualifies with her income alone, then she does not list assets on the I-134 or provide documentation for them either. Also make sure your mother provides proof of being a USC or LPR with her other documents.
