How long ago did you file 2011 tax return? They are usually ready in about 6 weeks of filing. If not everything you filed take to interview. But for the CO's i would get those tax transcripts.

Bank savings? Are you going to use that as assets to try and make the guideline?

You say your income doesn't pass the line. Do you have a sponsor? Exactly where are you at in the proccess? Have you gone through NVC and submitted your Affidavit of Support and it was accepted or what? Kind of confused.

If no sponsor and you don't meet he guidelines you will not get a Visa approved.
